Home-Start Watford & Three Rivers was inaugurated in 1993 following collaboration with the local Social Services Teams, the Watford CVS and our first Chair Betty Reed.

Since then the scheme has grown year on year and currently has 7 members of staff and nearly 100 volunteers who support over 120 families each year.

The scheme also has a thriving Management Committee made up of 12 Trustees and 6 Advisors all of whom bring specialist skills and experience to support the scheme.
