Home-Start Watford & Three Rivers understands that it is not ideal for families to have to wait too long for support. It is therefore always our aim to keep our waiting list as short as possible but inevitably with so many families wanting support there is a wait.

Home-Start Watford & Three Rivers will visit families within two weeks of the initial referral. This visit will be carried out by a Co-ordinator to inform the family about Home-Start support and assess their needs. The family will then go on our waiting list until a suitable volunteer is found. Both families and referrers will be contacted on a regular basis during this waiting period.
